Hotels

Recommended stays

We gathered hotel options across three neighborhoods: Downtown for the quickest ride, West Hollywood for the fullest LA weekend, and Beverly Hills for a quieter, more polished stay.  Because Los Angeles offers such a wide range of hotel options across different neighborhoods, styles, and price points, we’ve chosen not to reserve room blocks—so you can stay somewhere that fits your preferences and experience the city your way.

Arrival notes

LAX and Burbank are both good options. Rideshare is the easiest way to get around once you land; if you are heading across town, leave a little extra time for LA traffic.

The Essentials

The practical answers first: dress, timing, transportation, RSVP notes, and the guest questions we do not want you hunting for.

When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving in Los Angeles by Thursday or early Friday to settle in and enjoy the weekend. The Welcome Event is Thursday evening, and the ceremony is Friday, October 16.

Where will events take place?

Wedding events will take place in Los Angeles, with the main celebration held in Downtown Los Angeles. Full addresses and timing will be shared closer to the date.

Where should I stay?

Our celebration will take place in Downtown Los Angeles. While you are welcome to stay nearby, we encourage you to explore the other beautiful neighborhoods the city has to offer. The Travel page has hotel suggestions by neighborhood.

What is the best way to get around the city?

Uber and Lyft are readily available and the easiest way to navigate the city. Los Angeles is very drivable, though parking and associated costs can vary, so we recommend planning accordingly.

Is there parking or valet?

Parking and valet details are still to come. We will update this page once final venue logistics are confirmed.

When is the RSVP deadline?

RSVP deadline details are still to come. We will update this page once the RSVP window is finalized.

What is the dress code?

Formal / Black Tie Optional. Use this as your excuse to get really dressed up and feel amazing. We kindly ask all guests to wear black, with no patterns. Floor-length gowns, tuxes, black suits, elevated separates, and refined accessories are perfect. White shirts with suits or tuxes are completely fine. Dress to impress — we want the room to feel polished, intentional, and very us.

Can I bring a plus one?

We have carefully planned our guest list and are only able to host those named on the invitation.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, our celebration will be adults-only, with a few exceptions for immediate family and older children included on your invitation.

From us
from us

One last note.

We cannot wait to have the people we love most together in Los Angeles. This weekend already means so much to us, and having you there is what will make it feel real. Whether you are flying in, driving across town, rearranging your calendar, or simply showing up ready to celebrate, please know how grateful we are. We hope the weekend feels like us: warm, a little dressed up, full of good food, good music, and the kind of moments we will talk about for years. Thank you for being part of our story and for loving us so well. We cannot wait to celebrate with you.

With love,

Mercedes & Noah
